Information Nebu may receive
Information can include choices you make in the app, such as wallpaper previews, favorites, categories, display preferences, downloads, and settings. If you contact support, we receive the message and any contact information or attachments you decide to include.
To operate and maintain the app, Nebu or the services it uses may process basic technical details, for example app and Android versions, device type, language, connection status, approximate event times, diagnostic reports, and limited usage signals. The specific details available can depend on your device and settings.
Images and wallpaper activity
Wallpaper files displayed in Nebu may be delivered from our systems or content partners. Browsing, previewing, saving, and applying an image may involve a request for that image and related delivery information. If you choose an image from your own device for a supported feature, that image is used to provide that feature.
Your local wallpaper, saved files, and device-level appearance settings are generally managed by Android. We do not need access to unrelated personal files to show the wallpaper catalog. Review any sharing or upload prompt before sending personal images outside your device.
When information is handled
Information may be handled when you open Nebu, browse or search the catalog, view an image, mark a favorite, download or apply a wallpaper, change preferences, use a connected feature, or ask for support. Certain technical events may be generated automatically to load images, maintain the service, or diagnose a failure.
How we use information
Information supports displaying and delivering wallpaper content, remembering available preferences, enabling downloads and application of images, responding to support requests, maintaining performance, understanding errors, protecting the catalog and service from misuse, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Where measurement or similar tools are used, their purpose is to help operate and improve Nebu. Information is not used to access personal files unrelated to a feature you chose.
Permissions on your device
Depending on Android version and the features you use, Nebu may need internet access to load wallpaper collections, and permission to access selected photos or storage when you choose to import or save an image. Android may handle the act of setting a wallpaper through its system interface. Notifications may be requested only for related optional notices.
You can review or change permissions in Android settings. If you decline a permission, the associated import, save, notification, or online function may not work, while other app features may remain available. Nebu's core wallpaper browsing does not require camera or microphone access.
Providers, links, and disclosures
We may rely on providers for image hosting and delivery, app operation, crash diagnostics, analytics, security, or customer support. They may handle information needed for their assigned services under their own service arrangements. Wallpaper contributors and external websites or apps are independent and follow their own privacy notices and terms.
Information may also be disclosed if required by valid legal process, to address fraud or security concerns, protect people or legal rights, enforce app rules, or in connection with a transfer of the business or relevant assets. Google Play and Android may process installation, update, billing, and device information under Google's separate terms and notices.
Storage, retention, and security
Some app preferences or favorites may be stored on your device; online features may require limited information to be handled by service providers. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the feature, provide support, maintain security, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal requirements. Locally downloaded wallpapers and app data can generally be managed through Nebu or Android settings.
Reasonable safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No app, network transfer, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep your own copies of images you want to retain.
Children and your choices
Nebu is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If we learn that such information was provided, we will take reasonable steps to remove it where appropriate.
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or raise an objection or restriction where applicable. You can also stop using a feature, manage permissions, or remove local app data through your device. We may need to verify a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
